"Yay, miners lettuce. Finally some vegetables! I have seen a lot of miners lettuce so far and some of the color variations have been from a red orange to a neon pink purple. I think it has something to do with the pore soil and the heat around here, I have even seen a variety growing right out of the sand that was super thick and watery like a succulent. But these looked just like the kind back home only a little smaller.

I filled this bag to the brim, then actually ate the stuff to the point were I was full. Which is not an easy feat these days!"
